Obituary for Stephen "Woody" Mark Worsham

Stephen Mark "Woody" Worsham was born to Mr. Thomas Adolphus and Mrs. Betty Mildred (Guantt) Worsham on June 19, 1956 in Ardmore, OK. The party came to an end on May 28, 2022. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Wilson with Rev. Rodney Worsham officiating. Interment will follow in the Bomar Pt. Cemetery of Wilson. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Wilson.

Woody was raised in Healdton, he attended and graduated school there and was a proud member of the Class of 1974.

He and Sheila Teague were married in April of 1976. They were blessed with their son Casey in 1978 and daughter Nicole in 1981. Later in 1986 he married Toni Barbour and helped with her daughter Bethany.

Woody worked primarily as a trucker in the oilfield for several companies. He loved playing poker every Friday night with his friends. Woody also enjoyed fishing, watching Judge Judy, and spending time with his grandkids. He was a former member of the Healdton United Methodist Church.

Mr. Worsham is preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters, Joyce Lynn Griffin and Kay Nell Chaney.

He is survived by his son, Casey Worsham and wife Natalie and their children, Peyton, Cale, and Marshall of Durant; daughter, Nicole Duck and husband Curt and their children Maci and Madden of Sulphur; brothers, Danny Worsham and wife Fran of Ringling, and Thomas Worsham and wife Denise of Yukon; good friends, David "Bubba" Cox , Terry and Christina Josey and family, Mike and Mary Emberling and family. Many other relatives and a host of friends.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Curt Duck, Casey Worsham, Terry Josey, Jason Josey, Hunter Josey, Madden Duck, Cale Worsham, and Marshall Worsham.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Danny Worsham, Thomas Worsham, Bubba Cox, Mike Emberling, and Steve "Felix" Hunt.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at the Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Wilson.
