			<description><![CDATA[I first met and came to know Charles in 1980 at Martha and Steve’s wedding. Through the last 38 years I had the privilege of spending time with him and Joan from time to time. He always had the kindest smile and enjoyed talking about his family, his life in Kansas and Arizona and especially about golf.  He was devoted to Joan and loved his family. I know he will be missed by many.  It was a privilege to have known him. Sending our deepest condolences.
