Ringling – Glenda Sue (Glenn) Weatherford

Funeral Service for Mrs. Glenda Sue (Glenn) Weatherford of Healdton are scheduled for 3 PM, Monday, November 21, 2016 at the Church of Jesus Christ/ Gospel Tabernacle with Jimmy Morris officiating. Interment will follow to Dixie Cemetery. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Funeral Home of Ringling.

Sue was born June 3, 1948 to the late Mr. Quinton Glenn and Mrs. Dorothy Louise (Whatley) Glenn in Ringling. She departed from this life on November 18, 2016 in Ardmore at the age of 68.

Sue was raised in Ringling attending school there graduating in 1966. She married Bobby Lee Weatherford May 21, 1966 in Ringling. They made their home primarily in Healdton. She was a devoted homemaker and housewife. She and Bobby enjoyed traveling by motorcycle across most of the United States, Alaska and Canada and riding dirt bikes in her younger years. Sue was so sweet, big hearted and always had a smile. She has attended Gospel Tabernacle most of all her life.

Sue is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband Bobby on February 7, 2010.

She is survived by her daughters, Anita Riley and husband Michael of Valley View, TX and Melanie Bell of Melissa, TX; siblings, Linda Tate of Madill, LaFon Glenn and wife Karen of Ringling, Tommy Glenn of Ringling, Terry Glenn and wife Kelly of Edmond and Tim Glenn and wife Becky of Healdton; grandchildren, Marli Riley, Randy Riley, Zachary Bell and Aubrey Bell and great granddaughter Lexi.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Glenn, Tracy Glenn, David Bell, David Black, Wayne Strader and Mark Glenn. Honorary bearers will be grandsons Randy Riley and Zachary Bell and all her nephews.

A family visitation is scheduled for 5-7 PM Sunday at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel in Ringling.
